H&H Group Acquires Nordic Morning and Mods 20 December 2021

H&H Group has entered into an agreement to acquire Nordic Morning and Mods. Nordic Morning is one of the Nordic region's leading business partners in data-driven marketing with the aim of driving growth for its clients. Mods is one of the world's leading retouching and PreMedia studios.

The acquired companies have net sales totaling SEK 312,7 million and employ around 175 people in offices in Stockholm, Malmö and Helsinki. The seller is Nordic Morning Group Oy, which after the transaction will comprise the operations Edita Prima and Edita Publishing.

H&H Group will pro forma after the transaction have net sales of almost SEK 900 million with a fee income totaling approximately SEK 640 million with 500 employees.

The acquired companies will join H&H Group as of 31 January 2022. The name Nordic Morning is part of the acquisition, which means that the selling company Nordic Morning Group Oy will be renamed.
